flavours you would understand, because they are sourced from actual fruits and herbs,
natural and wonderful. The sweetness you experience mostly comes not from sugar but
mogrosides, an antioxidant naturally derived (and organic) purely from the monk fruit (luo
han guo). Sugar is in kombucha to keep our scoby (synbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast)
happy and is mostly metaboliseD (about 2G left in bottle).
